The Club's modern fitness facility offers an ArcTrainer, an original Stairmaster, Precor treadmills, elliptical trainers, upright and recumbent bicycles, dumbbells, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a studio for individual training sessions or a variety of exercise classes.


Certified personal trainers are also available to help members reach their fitness goals. We offer all members one complimentary session with a trainer of their choice.
Members enjoy a variety of group exercise classes, in studio or via ZOOM, that meet all levels of fitness abilities.  Some of our offerings include:

1. Mat Pilates

Pilates will strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture, flexibility and balance to achieve a more streamlined shape. Each student will receive special attention to ensure that they learn the proper form and execution of all exercises. This class is perfect for those students who are new to Pilates, or for those looking to "brush up on the basics". Appropriate for individuals who are recovering from mild injuries and looking for a safe way to workout.


2. Hatha Yoga

Emphasizes stamina and strength adding flexibility and attention to breathing and body movement. The focal point is characterized by a flowing series of poses practiced in continual succession for total body fitness. Students should already be familiar with yoga poses and their alignment, and maintain a moderate level of fitness.

3. Zumba

The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

4. Sculpt & Burn

Total body workout alternating strength and cardio exercises. Maximum calorie burn guaranteed! All fitness levels welcome.
